Overseer's report: Assassin Unit 8008135's procedure showed another (uncommon) case of swelling in the breasts during its creation. We are still unsure whether or not this was due to the computer and/or machinery or the Prisoner's hormone levels. Unit 8008135's programming and performance is still reported nominal despite the larger then normal breasts as it seems to be unaware that it's chest is bigger then normal. In fact none of the other 'Integrated' seemed to even notice or care. No resources have been diverted to remedy or investigate this situation as of yet. Other then the above case, Unit 8008135 is in optimal operation and should prove a valuable asset to the Combine Occupation.
